DHWriting's Commitment to Clients

Internet content writing is a two-way street, and clear communications by both sides are critical for your website's success.  But now, even before you hire me, I'd like to share with you some of my core working values - things I think are important no matter what type of project you'd like me to undertake.

Here is a brief summary of what I provide to all of my clients:

I will meet all deadlines we have agreed upon.   My time management process includes constantly assessing the length of time needed for each project that I take on, and I make sure I have enough time to complete all projects within their deadlines.   I never take on too many projects at the same time.   Unless there is some unforeseen circumstance, the delivery of my work product should never be late, and when one of those rare unforeseen circumstances does occur, I will let you know immediately if it impacts your delivery schedule.

In all the projects I've completed for my clients - more than 3,500 articles and landing pages published on the internet - I have never had a client ask me to re-write even one word.  Let me repeat that.  Not even one.  The content I deliver will be more than satisfactory for your needs.  And it will be right the first time.

Although I have multiple clients, I provide the same care and consideration to all my clients and their projects.  Your work product will be given the same diligent attention as each and every one of my other clients'.  Due to this core working value, my clients come back again and again, asking me to provide additional work.   I will not hastily finish any project – no matter how large or small.  Some writers will, and at some point they will provide you with a carelessly composed work product.  You won't see that from me.  The quality of my work product is important to you and to me, and I treat it with care and respect.  I deliver superior writing, each and every time.

I'm a professional writer and I do not produce work β€œin a flash."  My writing is carefully thought out and is not the kind of written garbage that's seen all over the Internet for SEO purposes (basically a meaningless mish-mash of text with 10 keywords repeated over and over again).   Yes, I do create articles and landing pages for SEO purposes, but in addition to meeting that need, my articles are always informative and read naturally.  In other words, I write for people as well as the search engines.

If you need a writer to quickly produce content that reads like a cheap translation of some foreign language, several websites offer the services of non-native English speakers.   They are willing to produce that type of work for as little as 50 cents per hour.  If you are interested in that kind of product, feel free to contact me.  I can discuss with you the level of professionalism that creates a true brand that will serve you well, or, if you still insist, I can provide you with several resources to locate non-native writers.  Just remember that if you hire a cheap writer, you'll end up with cheap content that won't be effective.  You'll be wasting your time and money.  In short, you get what you pay for.

For example, here are the two introductory sentences of an article I recently stumbled across:  "The ideal apple of associate business does not crave accepting your won website, ambidextrous with customers, refunds, artefact development and maintenance.  This is one of the easiest agency of ablution into an online business and earning added profits."

Huh?  Not only are these sentences not written in proper English, I can't even figure out what they say.  Would you want this kind of content on your website?  Of course not.  You'll never get gobbledygook like that from me.  Not in a million years.

My commitment to my clients is the basis of my writing success.  From a moral standpoint, I strongly believe that the way you treat others – personally and professionally – determines your strength of character and your ability to excel.  Based on this value, I commit to providing each client with a high level of diligent effort.  Your work is my work, and my reputation is due to my dedication to each of my clients.  In exchange for my commitment to my clients, I ask them for an equal amount of consideration and respect.

Here's all I ask of my clients in return:

Clear instructions regarding the type of content you'd like me to create and the target date for delivery.  By "clear instructions" I mean the subject matter, desired length, relevant keywords and key phrases to include (which I do in a naturally-reading way) and the purpose you hope to achieve.

Because I actively work on projects for several clients at any one time, I need a reasonable period of time to complete all projects. That includes fair forewarning of a new assignment.  For example, a new client hired me to write almost 50 articles and landing pages, to be delivered on or before a specific date two weeks later.  Normally not a problem at all, except that he failed to provide clear instructions (subjects, length, key words to include, etc.) until almost a week later.  Despite his delay in providing instructions he still insisted on the original deadline date, so I really had only one week to produce the content he wanted.  It's not possible to produce almost 50 well-researched, compelling articles and landing pages within such a short time period, especially when other projects exist too.  We had not previously agreed that this type of quick-response writing would be expected, so to prevent frustration and hard feelings we mutually agreed that he should seek another writer.  When my workload is relatively light I am able to produce high-quality writing very quickly, but for the most part I have quite a bit of work on my schedule and I need some reasonable lead time.  All you need to do is give me advance warning of your deadlines and understand that I cannot deliver your completed project within one day.   A professional writer has multiple obligations and does not shortchange one client to suit another client's needs.

Prompt payment as agreed upon.  It's only fair.  I always deliver the content my clients want on time, and payment should work the same way.
